Windows Server 2016/2019 Hyper-V and CentOS 7 1810 (7.6.1810)

昨日は久々の Linux on Hyper-V ネタで Ubuntu Desktop 18.10 を取り上げましたが、ついでに CentOS 7 1810 (7.6.1810)を Windows Server 2019 の 第 2 世代仮想マシン（Microsoft UEFI 証明機関でセキュアブート有効）にインストールしてみました。たぶん、Windows Server 2016 Hyper-V や Windows 10 Hyper-V でも同じ。



GNOME Desktop オプションでインストールした場合、Hyper-V 対応のために何もしなくても OK。Hyper-V 統合サービスも Hyper-V KVP/VSS/FCOPY Daemon もインストール済みに。

GNOME Desktop に既定では Wayland （gnome-session-wayland-session）はインストールされないみたい。

最小インストールの場合は、Hyper-V KVP/VSS/FCOPY Daemon をインストールする必要があるかも。

# yum install hyperv-daemon
# reboot

画面解像度（既定は1152x864）を例えば 1024x768 に変更するには...

# vi /etc/default/grub

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX ="･･･ quiet video=hyperv_fb:1024x768"

# grub2-mkconfig -o /etc/grub2-efi.cfg (第1世代仮想マシンの場合は grub2.cfg）
# reboot
