Windows 8 Developer Preview > Metro UI > やっぱり 1024×768 必要

Windows 8 の Metro Style Apps が、1024×768より小さい解像度で利用できない件ですが、はっきりとしました。

800×600 とか 1240×600 とかのデバイスには対応するつもりなさそうです。見た目は似ていても Windows Phone (800×480 で Metro) とは別のもの。

ちなみに、上の写真は Metro Style Apps が動かない 1240×600 の Portrait (縦向き) 表示。Start 画面は表示できますが、Apps をタップしても、タイルがへこむだけで、こちらもへこむ。

右のスクリーンショットは、マルチタスク作業向けの with Snap 表示。これには、1366×768 以上の解像度が必要みたい。
