遅れていた Windows 11 ver 22H2 向けの ”2 月”のオプションの更新プログラム（C リリース）。来月の B リリースで提供予定の新機能のプレビューが含まれます。 少し興味があったので今回はスキップせずに 1 台（2-in-1 ノート）だけ入れてみた。

新機能の例：CO2排出量削減のための推奨（炭素に対応！の機能強化）
新機能の例： 2-in-1 のタブレットモードの新しいエクスペリエンス。
通常モード（非タブレットモード）のタスクバー。
タブレットモードにするとタスクバーが引っ込み、出すとめっちゃ大きいアイコン。
品質更新で提供される新機能の一部は、WSUS などで管理されているデバイスではオフになるそう。有効にしたければ、ポリシー設定「Windows コンポーネント\Windows Update\エンド ユーザー エクスペリエンスの管理\Enable features introduced via servicing that are off by default：有効」に（2023-02 C のビルド 22621.1344 以降の新ポリシー)。
今回の更新の話でメモ帳のマルチ タブ対応について書いてるけど、Windows 11で Microsoft Store から更新すれば、2023-02 C に関係なくマルチ タブ対応になる（Windows メモ帳 11.2302.16.0）。
