今日は MS 定例アップデートの日、WMF 3.0 にご注意

今日は毎月恒例の Microsoft Update の日。

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 および Windows 7 SP1 向けに Windows Management Framework 3.0 (KB2506143) がオプションの更新プログラムとして配信されていますが、
要否をよく検討した上で、選択する場合はしたほうがよいです。既存の管理ツール系との互換性で問題が生じるかも。例えば、System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager の管理対象となっている場合は、以下のような問題があるのでやめておいたほうがよいかも。

System Center 2012 RTM > VMM と WMF 3.0 はまだ NG

System Center 2012 Configuration Manager  (SCCM) でも問題が発生するらしい...

VMM に関する KB も出てました。

System Center 2012 SP1 VMM と Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1＋WMF 3.0 は問題なしでした。

こんな Hotfix 出てますが、今のところ 2008 R2 RTM が対象。SP1 向けは will be released at a later date だそうです。
