Windows 10 ver 1809、Windows Server 2019、Windows Server, version 1809 (RS5）向けに Windows と .NET Framework のプレビュー パッチ（D リリース）が出ました。

どちらも 2 月の定例更新（B リリース）に向けたプレビューですので、自動更新の対象外のはず。必要なら「更新プログラムのチェック」をクリックするか、Microsoft Update Catalog からダウンロードしてインストール。
追記： 自動更新の対象外のはずなんですが、一部の Windows 10 ver 1809 (x86/x64) と Windows Server 2019 に .NET Framework のほうのプレビュー パッチがなぜか自動更新でインストールされたのがあった。
前回の Preview CU for .NET Framework （KB4469041）のときと同じ謎の挙動。

KB4481031 のサポート情報をよく見なおしてみたら、どっちも書いてる（自動インストールのほうを見逃してた）。RS5 向けの Preview CU for .NET Framework は他とは違って自動配布の対象ってこと？

サポート情報に追記された以下の文言を信じるなら（半分信じてないけど）、もう自動配布されていないはず。でもさ、起動していた PC にはもう自動配布されちゃったんじゃない？ 一方で、サポート情報からは Preview of をカット。
"For 24 hours, this Jan 22, 2019 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 (KB4481031) was made available broadly on Windows Update as an automatic update. As of January 23, 2019, this update is no longer offered on Windows Update as an automatic update, but rather only to "seekers" who go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates, as is expected. This update continues to be available on WSUS and Microsoft Update Catalog."今確認したら、自動更新（Usoclient StartScan）では確かに検出されない（1/24 19:00 JST）。でも、UsoClient StartInteractiveScan とか Sconfig 6 > A（すべて）だと KB4481031 が検出される。KB4476976 はこの方法で検出されないのに。Sconfig 6 > R（推奨）だと KB4481031は検出されない。Windows (RS5) の CU と、Preview CU for .NET（RS5）の挙動が違うという別の謎が残る。
Preview of をカットの件はこちらに "The term “Preview” was removed from non-security Cumulative .NET updates ..."

この謎の挙動に対応するために、以下のスクリプトに変更を加える方法を追記しました。具体的には、Start-WUScan を Start-WUScan -SearchCriteria "IsInstalled=0 and Type='Software' and AutoSelectOnWebsites=1" に変更すればいい。

あと、こっちにも追記しましたが、1 月の C/D リリース（RS5 の場合は KB4476976 のほう）で元号のレジストリ（HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Calendars\Japanese\Eras）に変化あり（→上が after、下が before）。
